To access the courses on our LMS, you must register for an account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One User Per Account: Your account is strictly for your personal use. You may not share your login credentials (username or password) with any other person. Sharing access is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
Our Ownership: All Content on the Site and LMS, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, workbooks, quizzes, and software, is the sole and exclusive property of Sequential Training and Development Services (Pty) (Ltd) or its licensors. This Content is protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Limited License: Upon successful payment for a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased course Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
Strict Prohibitions: This license expressly forbids you from doing any of the following:
Copying, reproducing, or downloading (unless explicitly provided as a “downloadable resource”) any Content.
Distributing, sharing, “leaking,” or reselling the Content to any third party.
Creating derivative works from, modifying, or adapting the Content.
Publicly performing or displaying the Content (e.g., in a group presentation, on a shared server, or to a team).
Using our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Any violation of these license terms constitutes a severe breach of this agreement and a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Services without refund and pursue all available legal remedies, including financial damages.
